Meet the Owners

Southern ProWash was started in 2009 by Jeff and Amanda Southern. After years of washing his own home—which always seemed to take multiple days with the small, store-bought machine—Jeff knew there had to be a more efficient way that would save time. After investigating the professional equipment that power washing companies use, and networking with local contractors, Jeff shared with Amanda his interest in starting their own business.

Jeff and Amanda spent the next year becoming educated about the different power washing equipment, cleaning procedures, and chemical cleaners by researching the industry, more networking, and attending various training
seminars. By the spring of 2010, they were ready to start washing and are celebrating 12+ years in business! They still attend seminars to stay current with the everchanging industry and love keeping up with their customers who continue to come back year after year. (In fact, they were heading to a seminar in mid July 2025 after helping us finish up a project!)
