Introducing the newest restaurant to open in Five Points, Ajja! Cheetie Kumar’s Mediterranean and Middle East-focused eatery is a beautiful addition to the area—and the perfect place to visit for a casual drink after work or a lengthy sit-down dinner with friends, family, or your significant other.

While the spot has a small indoor dining room, it’s the outdoor seating area that really shines. Ajja features a spacious covered back patio with a bar, plus an additional uncovered seating area with great views of Downtown Raleigh. Colorful lanterns and string lights provide a moody ambiance, while greenery only adds to the nature-filled feel.

As for the food, you’ll want to try everything! The menu is built for sharing, with dips and spreads like Minty Pea Dip and Ajja Baba (roasted Japanese eggplant, peanuts, watermelon, feta, mint, basil); veggie-forward dishes like Stuffed Summer Squash and a Tomato Plate with peaches and feta; and a “from the grill” section with selects like Chicken Kabab, Spare Ribs, and Whole Fried Trout.

Naturally, you’re going to want to pair your meal with one of the refreshing signature or classic cocktails, or a glass of wine or beer. There are also spirit-free bevs and after-dinner drinks perfect for washing everything down. Try everything out yourself by making a reservation now at ajjaeats.com!
