If you follow along with Urban Building Solutions, you know one of our most valued partners is Absolute Stone. The premier countertop and tile design and installation provider has long been our go-to for smaller designer finishes and touches within our custom-built homes—think kitchen and bathroom countertops, cabinets, shower tiles, etc. With their 20 years of business and extensive inventory, we know we can trust them to bring whatever vision we might have to life!
Absolute Stone’s Cary showroom houses a plethora of different styles—from granite and marble to quartz and porcelain, with over 1,000 slabs in stock at any time. As Hank says, anything that has to do with a kitchen or bathroom, they supply it!
We recently made a trip out to Absolute Stone to chat with owner Luis Barreto and project specialist Gabi Morales about some of their offerings and to walk through the process of selecting those finishes. One of the best parts: Since they have so many colors and styles in stock, we don’t have to buy an entire slab, just as much as we need, which helps stick to our budget—aka music to our ears as homebuilders!
For homeowners looking to do their own home renovation, Absolute Stone will go out and measure your space free of charge to get a basic template for your project. Based on that, you’ll get an initial quote, and then you’ll get to visit the showroom and touch and feel the slew of slabs to get an idea of what it’s going to look like in your home.
