One of our newest completed builds, 1705 Center Road, recently sold, but the home is just too pretty not to boast about! Our fifth custom-built property on Center Road, this four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Raleigh’s Five Points neighborhood totals 3,688 square feet. An Inside Look

We’ll start with the kitchen, one of our favorite rooms in the home by far! We absolutely love how the gold finishes and dark lower cabinets (plus upper white cabinets) complement each other—not to mention the incredible tile backsplash. And you all know how much we love a large island, so we obviously incorporated that into the kitchen as well—with a marble countertop to boot!

The living room, which flows into an elegant dining room, features some handy built-in cabinets that are great for storing movies, books, games, and/or any other loose items you might want stowed away out of sight. And that fireplace is sure to keep you warm on chilly winter nights!

The large primary suite is located on the second floor and boasts a superb spa-like ensuite bathroom—with both a tub and a shower (!), plus double sinks and mirrors and lots of cabinet space.

Another great feature of this home is the second-floor laundry room, conveniently located on the same floor as three of the bedrooms.
