A Hole in One
Bright Spot’s doughnuts are made with 100% organic flour (milled at Boulted Bread and Lindley Mills), cornmeal, milk, eggs, butter, yeast, sea salt, malt (grown in Wake County, malted in Durham, milled in Raleigh), and organic cane sugar. The original glazed doughnut with buttermilk vanilla is our favorites, but also don’t sleep on the other flavors like sourwood honey, sugar and spice, chocolate glaze, and seasonal filled.
Besides doughnuts, Bright Spot serves Benchwarmers Bagels (naturally), and savory breakfast items like bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches; galettes with country ham or tomatoes; and croquettes. Coffee drinks with Black & White Coffee and chai are also available to put a little pep in your step along with your meal!
