Bertazzoni Gas Range Stainless Steel
The new Bertazzoni ranges are superb cooking appliances designed, engineered, and made in Italy. The high-efficiency maintop with six brass burners and electric griddle features two dual-ring 19,000 BTU power burners that boil water in under six minutes (best in class), and four additional MonoBloc burners of variable size and power to suit every style of cooking, with delicate simmer at 750 BTUs. The stainless steel griddle with an integrated cover provides additional cooking options.
The 4.8 cubic feet main oven cavity is the largest in its class, with a dual convection fan for balanced airflow and even temperature baking and roasting on seven shelf levels. The elegant large temperature gauge monitors the actual temperature in the oven. The extra-wide infrared gas broiler is ideal for grilling and searing at high heat. The 2.4 cubic feet auxiliary oven is perfect for smaller dishes and for warming. Both ovens include convenient features such as smooth telescopic glides for the oven shelves and soft-close doors. The edge-to-edge interior oven glass door maximizes interior volume and can be wiped clean without effort.
Bertazzoni Built-In Dishwasher
This dishwasher is Energy Star compliant using as little as 3.5 gallons for a complete wash cycle. This XV model dishwasher offers superb cleaning performance with three spray arms to remove tough deposits. Load up to 14 place settings in the upper and lower baskets. The upper basket has convenient one-touch height adjustability. Select one of the five available wash cycles and four wash options through the concealed LED interface. This top-of-the-line dishwasher is perfectly insulated and virtually inaudible at 48 DbA.
Bertazzoni Bottom Freezer Refrigerators
The proprietary “lift and swing” door hinge system makes the Bertazzoni built-in refrigerator an ideal choice for true flush installation as a single unit or side-by-side.
These built-in refrigerators are built to last forever, employing metal and glass inside and out for better temperature management. The lateral airflow system, with dual compressor and evaporator for refrigerator and freezer, reduces cold air loss when opening doors and allows for category-leading interior depth.
